Cancellation Policy

Running a small business is challenging. I would ask that you give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If for some reason you need to postpone or cancel your session, please note that 48 hours notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the session will be charged at 50% of the consultation rate, and less than 24 hours prior to the session will be charged at 100% of the consultation rate, as will no shows. Waiving of these fees may be possible in exceptional circumstances at. the discretion of The Holding Space Counselling.
